Other things of note: We are devoted Unitarian Universalists, bleeding heart liberals, and complete nerds prone to be found playing video games (Scott works in the industry!) and Magic: The Gathering. We moved from Orlando, FL to Boston, MA in 2012. I was born and raised in Orlando You can imagine the culture shock. (Though I did spend a year in Scott's home state of Connecticut, so at least I knew what to expect!) Scott is a Yankees-turned Tampa Bay Rays baseball fan. Angelica is prone to yell "The Red Sox STINK" in public places. She might get me killed one day!
I started this blog in 2007 when I was pregnant with her and I've continued to document her adorable antics and adventures here ever since!
The name of this blog was originally "Grow, Jellybean, Grow!" It got that title before we even knew if she was a boy or a girl. I guess since we call her "Gellie" or "Jellybean" even to this day, the name would still fit, , but after Angelica's birth, I re-named it "Angelica's Awesome Adventures" because after all, when you're a kid, isn't everything an adventure? The world is so fresh and new, and I saw from day one that Angelica was just eager to take it all in! I guess since we call her "Gellie" or "Jellybean" even to this day, the name would still fit.

Today, I'm a working mom in the online marketing field, wife, weight-loser, blogger, photographer, writer, personal financial planner (for our family, anyway), happy, happy person. I could not ask for more.
Most common question I get these days: When are you having another? I daydream about it all the time, but seriously, that's up to Angelica. Terrible
